The book
The featured book is A Dowry of Blood by S.T. Gibson. It’s a Dracula retelling, everyone! I just love that, especially in combination with the hints that they gave about gothic extravagance and morally grey characters. This book sounds – and looks – amazing. The Fairyloot edition has an exclusive cover, digitally sprayed edges, artwork on the hardcover and endpapers, with a bonus afterword printed at the end. The design on the edges is one of the best I have seen and I adore full colour printing on hardcovers. Definitely a great special edition!
